You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive your return authorization and shipping label
• Pack the item securely and ship it back

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
